Every quarter globo.com conducts an internal Hack Day, with the intention of integrating people from different teams and creating new projects. Gathered with some friends, I suggested a product that would allow the user to follow celebrities and to consume their content in the same place. We created and developed an API for meeting celebrity profiles (official profiles of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and quotations on globo.com content), a “celebrity activity notification” API, and a mobile app.
I was responsible for the app's UX and UI. My design consisted of the main feed, with last posts of user's favorite celebrities and their quotations on globo.com, a webview of globo.com content, a celebrity search, and a celebrity profile (a feed filtered by a celebrity).
My first proposal had the Ego website (a discontinued celebrity website) as the main client. Later, I researched in-depth and made proposals of this for all areas of globo.com products, using exactly the same design and technology.
